  • Game state: character progress, inventory, quest flags, and world state

We do not collect your real name, phone number, or physical address.

  • Account management: To let you log in, save progress, and manage your characters.
  • Game operation: To persist your game state between sessions.
  • Transactional email: To send account-related notifications (e.g., waitlist confirmation, password reset).
  • Product improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns help us understand which features and content work well.

We do not sell your data. We do not serve ads. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted by our infrastructure provider (Sevalla). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption.

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Paddle: Our payment processor. Handles subscription billing and payment data. We never store your card details. See Paddle's privacy policy at paddle.com.
  • Resend: For sending transactional emails (waitlist confirmation, account notices).
  • Google Fonts: For loading web fonts. Google may log your IP address per their privacy policy.
  • Sevalla: Our hosting provider. Your data is processed on their infrastructure.

6. Your Rights

You can:

  • Delete your account: Contact us at [email protected] and we will delete your account and all associated data.
  • Export your data: Request a copy of your data by emailing [email protected].
  • Correct your data: Update your email or display name in your account settings.

7. Children

Alaryon is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
