Refund Policy

General Policy

Alaryon subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual). We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period, change-of-mind cancellations, or forgetting to cancel before renewal.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the period you already paid for. After that it does not renew. No credit is issued for the remaining days.

When We Do Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error.
  • Unauthorized charge: A charge occurred on your account that you did not authorize and you report it within 14 days.
  • Extended outage: The service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during a billing period you paid for.

To request a refund under one of these conditions, email us at [email protected] with your account email, the charge date, and a brief description. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
